Skate 2 – Skater Game Worth Having

Skaters Are Waiting For Stores To Release Skate 2

Skate 2 is a highly anticipated game out on the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii game consoles. The stores are expected to release Skate 2 on Thursday, January 2009. I am sure there are many gamers that are hoping to be the first in line to get their copy of the game.

After the very successful debut of the first Skate game the developers decided to do a second version that is sure to be a thrill and hit for the skating gamers. I am sure stores like Walmart, Target, Gamestop, and Rhino Game Stores are just as thrilled to release Skate 2 as customers are thrilled about buying it.

Everyone is wanting to know if there are any new tricks and moves that they will be able to pull off in the game. The game has included some new features to the game. It has also maintained some of the same game play from the first Skate game into Skate 2. This should make for an interesting game with some of the old moves and maneuvers staying the same in the new release skate game. This in my opinion is a good idea because I am sure there are many skating gamers that are still playing the first skate game. Having some of the same maneuvers allows anyone to take off from where they left off from the last skate game. This also shortens the learning curve for the newer moves that you will have to learn.

Another facet of Skate 2 that is interesting about the game is the skater will have the option to get off the skateboard. This is a cool feature because it allows the skater to get off the skateboard to move objects around. The main objects that you will be moving around are ramps and rails that you will basically use to setup your own challenges. In the release Skate 2 you have the option to create your own difficult challenges as well as setup your own scoring system for each challenge or stage you create. This feature will keep the average gamer sitting in front of the TV for hours trying to put together his own stunt routines.

Once again there are some things about Skate 2 that are unique with the first skate game. Many of the skating tricks and moves have carried over from the old skate game into the new Skate 2 game. Along with those old moves there are a few new moves that have been added. A few of the moves are the hand plant, finger flips, and foot plants. These particular moves are not in the first skate game. These new moves should keep you playing the game for hours, trying to learn how to do them.
